With a full array of plug ins from Slate Digital, Antares, Waves, Focusrite, Avid, Bomb Factory, to mention a few, we can bring your mix to life.
PREAMPS
Focusrite
We have 16 channels of award winning Focusrite mic preamps. These pre's are very transparent and allow us us to record a full band without any sacrifice in quality.
REFERENCE MONITORS
We use Focal Alpha 65 monitors for an extremely transparent result. These are class leading monitors that insure your mix will translate to any situation.

F.A.Q.
Q. "Do I need recording experience to record?"
A. No. Many of our clients are recording for the first time. We have instruction for first time clients to help them get ready for their session. We have a very relaxed atmosphere to help you get the best recording you can.
Q. "If I want a full band sound, do I need to hire other musicians?"
A. My son and I both play guitar, drums, and bass. I also can add mandolin, ukulele, harmonica, keyboards or vocals to your project at no added cost. You just pay for the studio time it takes to record those parts. We have added instrument tracks to many projects.
Q. "Do I need to bring my amps or drums?"
A. We suggest people bring their own gear but also have amps, keyboards, and drums available for a small rental fee. Check out our equipment page for details.
Q. "If I have recorded material somewhere else, can I bring it in to add to it or have you mix it?"
A. Yes, we mix projects recorded elsewhere. Many people will record at home but need real drums or better bass or solos. Singer/songwriters are often more comfortable at home recording guitar and voice but need the extras we can give. We can also do Karaoke voice over. Bring in your tracks and we will put your voice on and mix to CD for you. Often people can record songs but have trouble mixing, and take advantage of our skills and plug in selection to get the best result.
